Returns & Exchanges

At Maria.B. Designs, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Maria.B. packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
